I took my husband to lombard smiles, worst experience ever and that place needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. They took trays, saw his tooth was infected, offered to pull it and after 4 months and 2 ER visits, still has a tooth, then they rescheduled AGAIN! I called aspen and they immediately had him in first thing in the morning. Took trays and not only found 13 cavities that needed work, but told us a tooth lombard said needed to be p pulled could be save with a root canal! They even had payment options to help us pull the tooth that needed saving. She prescribed us antibiotics and pain management, gave amazing advice and quick friendlyservice. We were on state becausehe was out of work and they don'taccept state, but when his insurancekicks in, aspen will be the dentist we use. Thank you! Not only for your expertise, but for your kind hearts. Best experience ever!! .I went to Clackamas location. Thank you!! 🙏

I really hate going to the dentist but the staff at Aspen makes it a lot easier. They are very welcoming and accommodating. The lady who took my x-rays (I did not get her name) was patient with me and was constantly offering me water or something to do while I waited. The financial advisor Bailey was so helpful to me and understanding of my situation. The staff really makes this place special. I plan to come here anytime I need a dentist.

Aspen is a great place for all your needs. I needed dentures and they fixed me up. And when i needed adjustment on them they fixed them so they would make the dentures even more comfortable. Being New to dentures it's a learning experience. Nice to have someone on your side to guide a person through this time.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office! Throughout my dental journey at Aspen Dental Vancouver, from the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Sabina and Amila at the front desk made the check-in process quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless, and the dental team made sure I was at ease the entire time. Also, Kris and Melissa, both hygienists were so professional and amazing during my cleaning appointments. Every single dental assistant is so kind, professional and caring; Sam, Gabby, Kim, Nerma and Medina, they’re all amazing. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. You can tell they really care about their patients and provide top-quality care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist!❤️

My mother was seen today for a denture re-evaluation, and we had an excellent experience. Keyla and Amila were welcoming and compassionate during check-in, which immediately put us at ease. Kris, the hygienist, took the time to thoroughly address my mother’s concerns, showing both attentiveness and care. Dr. Lee was efficient, knowledgeable, and showed an immense amount of compassion throughout the visit. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Vancouver. Their team of providers and staff deliver outstanding, patient-centered care.
